You've got the separate iron, the B-complex, the multi, and you still don't know what half of them are doing.
You've read every label, tried every brand, and you're still tired.
You've tried the synthetic versions and they sat heavy, or sat in the cupboard.
You'd rather get it from food, the way people did before any of this came in a bottle.
Four frustrations. One shared answer. And it isn't another tablet.
A shelf of synthetic tablets, each one isolated in a lab, each one another thing to remember.
Liver is whole food. The nutrients arrive together, in the form found in food.
It naturally contains vitamin B12 and copper, which support normal energy-yielding metabolism.
One real food, in place of the handful.
Not more supplements. The original one.
Liver is a whole food, not a formulation. It is one of the most nutrient-dense foods there is, which is why it has been called nature's multivitamin for generations. The nutrients below occur naturally in it.
Australian cattle, grazed on grass from start to finish, raised to certified organic standard. No grain finishing, no synthetic inputs in the pasture.
Freeze-drying preserves the food at low temperature instead of cooking it, so what is naturally in the liver stays in the liver. Non-defatted, so the natural fats are kept too.
Whole-food liver in a capsule, not a powder blended to hit a number on a label. What you take is liver and the capsule around it.
Third-party tested for heavy metals, contaminants and microbiological safety, traceable by batch from source to capsule. COA available on request.
Freeze-dried liver, sealed inside a capsule. No flavour, no aftertaste, none of the reason people avoid liver in the first place.
Pouch on the bench, pouch in the bag. Nothing to mix, nothing to cook, nothing to rinse. Four capsules and water, wherever you are.
Four capsules a day, whenever suits with food. The supplement that works is the one you don't skip, and one you don't have to taste is easy not to skip.

I've tried iron tablets before and they didn't work, or made me feel rotten. How is this different?
Fair question, especially if you've been let down before. Most iron tablets contain non-heme iron, the form found in plants and synthetic supplements. Beef liver contains heme iron, the form found naturally in animal foods. They're different forms of iron and the body takes them in differently. Organic Beef Liver isn't a synthetic iron tablet at all. It's whole-food liver, freeze-dried into a capsule, with iron alongside the other nutrients liver naturally carries, copper, B12 and folate among them. If it was never the iron you were missing but the form it came in, this is a different starting point.
How long before I notice anything?
It's a whole food, not a quick fix, so the honest answer is that it varies from person to person. It does best taken consistently, every day, as part of your routine, rather than judged after a few days. And since you've got a full year to decide, there's no pressure to know straight away.
Is the Vitamin A safe?
Each daily serve contains 23.4 micrograms of Vitamin A (retinol), the amount that occurs naturally in this much beef liver. That sits within what you'd get from eating liver as a food. As with any food source of Vitamin A, it carries an advisory: not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and not suitable for children under 15. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, check with your healthcare professional.
Can I take this with my other supplements or medication?
Most women take it alongside their other supplements without issue, since it's a whole food rather than a high-dose synthetic. If you take prescription medication or have a health condition, have a quick word with your GP or pharmacist first, just to be sure it fits with everything else you're taking.
Why four capsules?
Each serving is four capsules, which delivers 2000mg of beef liver, a meaningful daily amount of whole-food nutrition. It's a similar amount to what you'd get from eating liver regularly. Take all four together or split them across the day, whichever's easier.
How do I take Clara Organic Beef Liver?
Take four capsules (one serving) once a day, with food. Any time of day.
Does it taste like liver?
No. The liver is freeze-dried and sealed inside a capsule, so there's no flavour and no aftertaste. None of the reasons people avoid liver in the first place.
Where does the liver come from?
Our liver is 100% Australian, from organic, grass-fed and finished cattle raised without added hormones or antibiotics. It's freeze-dried rather than heat-processed, and made in Australia from start to finish.
Is it really just two ingredients?
Yes. Freeze-dried Australian organic beef liver and a beef gelatin capsule. No fillers, no flow agents, nothing else.
How many capsules are in a pouch?
Each pouch holds 120 capsules, which is 30 daily servings, a month's supply at four capsules a day.
Is it suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No. Organic Beef Liver contains Vitamin A (retinol) and is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It's also not suitable for children under 15. If you're pregnant, planning to conceive, breastfeeding, or taking medication, speak with your healthcare professional before use.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account. No questions asked.
