Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via:
- Email: support@claranutrition.com.au
Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
After 12 Hours
Once 12 hours have passed since your order was placed, or if your order has already been dispatched (whichever occurs first), cancellations are no longer available. In this case, you may return your order in accordance with our Returns Policy once it arrives.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window and before dispatch, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription, you may cancel future orders at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle. Orders already processed cannot be cancelled after the 12-hour window.
